The buildings are very old. The woody ground makes a loud noise when you walk such that everyone in your floor and the one below can hear it. So, it will be a nightmare if you want to sleep and the neighbor in the top floor is still awake. If you are on the second floor, you are still in trouble if your neighbor down stairs complains about the noise. Another disadvantage of this place is that when you sign a lease with your roommate, even if you are a quite tenant but your roommate is noisy or problematic, the management does not care. They can kick you out 7 days after a notice!

It's a great, cheap place to stay for UCF students (thanks to the free shuttle service) but everything's old and falling apart!

Only thing good about it is, its cheap. Thats it. The stuff are rude and the buildings are not well maintained. I have had emergencies in the weekends and had lots of troubles to get through help, but could not reach maintenance. Called them in the phone number provided, coild not get past the call centre. 3rd time the number the provided, told us they dont provide service any more. How unprofessional!!!! The water was running and have to live with this for 3 days. No security system at all. If you want to talk to the manager for any issue, mostly they are outward rude. Even if any change of parts is required to any of the equipment in kitchen or toilet, mostly the answer youbget is the parts are very old and we cant find and replace them. Disappointing.

Knights Landing is a perfect example of a hidden gem. This apartment complex may appear a tad outdated but there are so many things that make this place the best option around UCF. This apartment complex is very small with a lot of families so it feels more like a close knit community than a college apartment complex. It has a shuttle to campus for those attending classes and wait for it... private (very nicely sized) backyards!!! The leasing manager Mayra is also fantastic at her job. She is very quick to respond to phone calls and emails and genuinely cares for her tenants. Maintenance is also very good and you can often see problems getting resolved the same day or the next day. Long story short, this place is great. Great price, location, people, and much more.

Per person it may workout from 250 USD to 500 USD depending on the type of room shared by 3 or 4 (max) persons per month.
You pay an $85 money order just to apply and that is used for a background check, they ask for 6 past pay stubs of a current held job, they ask for all employer info and current landlord info so they can contact them (pretty sure they don't actually do it though) and yes they ask about felonies but I feel like there is a possibility you could be accepted anyway.
