It is a very good community with excellent customer service. Maribel and Jeniffer have always been of great help. And the 5 star maintenance team. Edwin is always aware of solving your need as soon as possible and his entire team. It is the second time that I live with my family in this community and I could live a third. If you enjoy swimming with rats in the “resort” style pool this is your place. If you also enjoy having your car towed every now and then because you couldn’t find a parking spot this is also your place. I regret every single day of my life ever signing a lease here. Can’t wait to leave this garbage of a place. PS management is also a joke. The rest of the comments are all so very true.

While we do our best to accommodate walk-in tour requests, we encourage prospects to schedule a tour in advance. Once you arrive for your tour, you must present a government issued ID.
We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $350-$525 for 1-2 pets under 45lbs. $500 for 1st pet over 45lbs, and an additional $250 for a second pet over 45lbs. A monthly pet rent fee is $20 for 1st pet and an additional $15 for a 2nd pet.
Yes renter's insurance is required. Residents can choose between our company (Resident Shield) or any other company they desire.
Income or Combined Income must be 2.75x the rent. We verify income by asking for paystubs or bank statements to be submitted through our third-party income verification app. Credit is checked by another third-party company which does an overall search for any disqualifying records such as: evictions, bankruptcies, collections, poor paying history, etc. For more information, please contact our leasing team.
