I’m not sure why I had to do a self tour even I requested an in-person tour. It was clear when a staff gave me the address of the unit, but she never explained that it’s going to be a self tour and left me waiting for nothing, then staff was talking about their relationship lives lol It’s just so unprofessional and not thoughtful, then they kept doing guided tours with walk-in visitors. Just why.

MAA Baldwin Park is a great and convenient place to call home here in Orlando. The property management team is quick and friendly to respond to your needs. Parking for several of the buildings is the only issue the keeps them from a 5 star rating.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
Most of our communities are pet friendly and offer an array of amenities catered to pets, like pet washing stations and Bark Parks. Check out community pages for pet policies or learn more by visiting our website!
MAA has added virtual tours and self-guided tours in addition to in person with a leasing agent in order to ensure that you feel comfortable as you tour our communities. You can choose the way you want to tour each community by making a choice on the “Tour Your Way” page.
