I lived in this MAA location for about a year and the experience was amazing. Lots of amenities and events organized by staff. Any needs are immediately addressed, and taken care of. Never had any issues at all! 🤍

Bad maintenance staff, extremely rude and they refuse to help you even set up a TV. Disgusting treatment, would never have moved in from the start. Inhospitable, disgustingly rude people/residents (I find all of Orlando to be very rude) and not worth a second of my time. I wish I never had to move here after owning a home in Chicago. Worst move of my life. Horrible city.

This place suffers the same cycle all other newly-built luxury multi family housing in the Orlando deals with: great location; gorgeous common areas with lots of amenities. Amenities are poorly maintained (and there’s no on call service) so they are broken more often than working. Lots of security, but door handles, latches, and other security features are frequently damaged, thus, compromised security. A population of opportunists loiter nearby, leading to break ins / smashed property or just harassment. I’ve cycled through several newly built (last 5 years) residential complexes. Same features and issues at every single one. Ultimately, it’s a lack of attentive management and infrequent/incomplete maintenance routines.

My floor smells really bad , I understand that we have the most foot print because my floor has the club house and dog park but for a luxury apartment , i feel like they should keep up . Furthermore when i initially moved in they told me that my unit was completely new , after back and forth with the property manger she finally admitted that there was someone in this unit for 6 months and moved out . This place has been huge let down , I cannot wait for my lease to be up !
