It's sad but the majority of the comments are true. The reason some people remain is because they have no extra funds to move out... and usually 2 rents is hard to come up with.... sad though.
I have been out for a month. This place got me to move. Paid for 2 bed 2 bath and the first bathroom could not be used for the one year I was there. And We had a covered Trailer stolen the week we was moving the largest stuff.
Apartments always break down and its hard to get maintenance come fix anything. No dropbox for the convenience have to leave work early to pay rent. I work 8-5
Code enforcement was just called on them by the neighbors. No heat for more than a week. They have no night dropbox outside for rent in respect of 9 to 5ers. You have to take off work to fill out a maintenance order, yet u cant get a copy. The staffers dont mind brushing you off or speaking off the cuff. There is also a great lack of respect for working class people.
Yes these apartments are worse than staying in the hood ..I have been staying here for 5 months now and I'm so ready to be on a month to month to move out ... management sucks and doesn't care and maintence can't fix anything ... please don't move in you regret it
