This management company doesn't respect seniors and their needs. You have to become a pain in order to get resolve and yet - after complaints they haven't done anything to clear the dead roaches from the ceiling. Freaking ridiculous! 8.18.22 Ever since the management changed things have gone downhill!!! They don't take care of the property but they are so quick to raise the rent!! Disgusting!! If it wasn't late I would move!! In an emergency you have to go through HOOPS to get help! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I really like the place, it's quiet and private. My only complaint is staff doesn't respond to emails of items that need to get done, it's not a good impression I'm getting from staff.

The gate is always broken. The elevator was just out of order recently.still nit fixed.gate is still not fixed.This is not a way to treat elderly people

I would not recommend this place to anybody, the roaches, the fruit Flys. The crackheads, and the people in the office. they are racist. and the maintenance men too. They steal from the residents. The common areas are filthy, and they keep going up on the rent
