The complex has been great so far. Been here roughly 5 weeks. Maintenance is quick and attentive. Office staff is beyond helpful. My only issue is damage to my vehicle by their maintenance crew. The complex ONLY offer to pay whatever my deductible would be and NOT the cost of fixing the damage.

My experience living in Luma has been one of the best. All management is attentive and resolve at the time. Michelle is the best and if you need an apartment do not hesitate to contact her.

My partner was showering when maintenance came by. They knocked very softly and she was unaware of it, without any response to their knock they entered the apartment. Should be knocking much louder.

A lot. I went here the other day and they’re extremely over priced for nice exteriors and decor. For the price and ambiance you can go to Americana.
