Absolutely atrocious place, I’ve lived here almost a decade and am only here cause the prices of rent is crazy high and my home is being built but my apartment has mold and also seems like it will cave in at any moment. My car has been broken into many times and I’m pretty sure most of the people who stay here are there illegally.

It depends on how many rooms the apartment has if it is two or three or 1 but goes from $ 1000 to 1500$ and 4 star
