El Dorado Apartments is a great place to live. I always felt safe and the area is quiet. The property manager is wonderful and is always available if needed. I lived there for five years and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent in a 55 plus complex.

Lived there for a year, moving out due to work, however never had a problem. All personnel was very attentive. If I ever need to move again this would definitely be in my list.

I wanted to serve as my grandmother's financial guarantor given that she did not meet the financial requirement(you'll need to earn at least $2100/month) however they apparently do not have a guarantor provision. I then asked if I could pay several months in advance in order to remedy her financial constraint and they told me that also was not an option. These are common options for any other apartment complex as far as individuals whom do not meet the financial minimum. Therefore, El Dorado explicitly discriminates based on income.

Which its t.he lowest rent
We do not have any maintenance requests for you that have been turned into our office.
Credit is only one of things we look at to qualify. Your credit will only disqualify you if an apartment complex shows up as a bad debt
I can't say but apts empty out all the time.
Small Apts a/c in bedroom window price is a bit high for what it is. But it will solve your problem.
Currenly $755 to $785. Laundry rooms on property
As of this posting, on the second floor no elevator 755 a month
That would not meet our minimum income requirement. We are not low income housing and do not adjust our rates based on income.
Approval is based on a point system. We look at past rental history and credit as well as income. Three times apartment rent (around $2,100 a month) is generally the lowest we can get approval on without excellent credit
