It’s been reported to the administration that the recreation bathrooms have been closed multiple times & remain closed. Their answer is that they’re opened. Not true! The hot tub hasn’t been working since before we moved here. Response: “waiting for a part.” Also, it’s been two weeks we reported black mold on our ceiling (our apt is always cold) & several other items and haven’t heard a response.
