I received a debt collection for a debt that does not exists, contacted Central Station’s management and they couldn’t find any debt, manager admitted that all fees were paid with the exact amounts of the previous money orders. This is my second attempt to communicate with you regarding this matter, please contact me before I contact a lawyer to pursue legal actions.

The office staff Angie and Nakia have been FABULOUS with helping me move in. Went WAY above. The maintenance staff has been so helpful as well, especially Joal and Benjamin. 1st class all the way. You all need a raise ;-)

When is comes to the leasing office staff & maintenance men I’m giving 5 stars. Any little inconvenience they are on top of it & get the job done. Staff Angie Nakia & Reniel are very caring & considerate to my family & I. We love living here !

I just started my second lease here! After living in many different cities, Central Station is the best housing I’ve had and it has been a big reason I love Orlando. Because of it’s downtown location I was easily immersed into the city (I didn’t know Orlando offered much outside the theme parks). The amenities are also modern and stylish. The gym is 2-stories and open 24/7. The clubhouse, pool, and roof terrace are amazing. When using these amenities it really doesn’t feel like you’re at an apartment complex. The staff are friendly and helpful, but very professional (Nakia, Rahneil, Angie, Victoria, and maintenance). Someone always seems to be available and it’s convenient to have on-site maintenance. Hopefully I can get another year here!! 😁
