Warren here ... we have different specials every day .... next door is my TAP ROOM ... non smoking... with daily specials as well .... in addition to a large liquor selection there are 36 different beers on tap and great bar food menu

Not sure about specials, but yes you can smoke inside and the later at the night the more smokey it will be inside.
