My husband called to get my band repaired and after hearing the rude tone and snarky comments the “manager” Jolynn said to him I took the phone. He wasn’t going to say anything but I was in utter disbelief! She refused to acknowledge her tone and snarky comments but quickly changed it after I repeated that I heard it all and that I wouldn’t have known how to answer to the question (since we don’t work in a jewelry store) so to carry that kind of tone and make those snarky comments was absolutely ridiculous. Jolynn I hope you find a better customer service method cause that was horrible and you know you were being rude. You don’t need to be a manager or work in the service industry if you can’t work with people.

Do not do business with this company. My husband bought my $3,000 wedding ring here and bought a warranty because it was used. The diamond broke on their used ring and this woman said we are being charged $600 to replace the broken diamond on their ring even with their warranty
