Again, our appointment was set for 10:30. We were finished around 1:00, there was only one doctor on staff, Kirby Hawke. Due to the amount of patients, and it was busy, he literally spent 5 minutes in the room, just long enough to check throat and listen to lungs. Due to the symptoms of the patient he stood 6 feet away. He said that to avoid spreading the viruses the patient should wear a N-95 mask yet the doctor was wearing a mask that had little protection while the office staff wore N-95 masks…double standards? The office staff was wonderful as they continuously checked in on us, brought water and did the usual tests for Covid-19 and strep.

A few days ago I was to this facility. Every time I go there I guess the best care. This is the only Urgent Care facility I use. They have a doctor there all the time and do not have a problem when you request to see one. The entire staff is very nice, knowledgeable and very caring. They always call a day later just to check on me. I have been there several times and when mu PCP is not available I know I will get the best care from Crucial Care. I would highly recommend this to anyone in need of a doctor and can't wait to see their PCP. Simply the BEST!

You should receive your test results as early as 24 hours after sample collection, but sometimes it can take a few days, depending on how long it takes the sample to reach the laboratory. Therefore, it will take 2-4 business days.
