I've been in the complex for close to a year and it is located in a great area of Jacksonville. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate Rachel the property manager being connected and engaged with residents. It's nice to see the recent updates in the complex as well. The maintenance staff are also very kind and responsive in helping to solve issues.

Hasan was amazing and very informative about the apartments at Granbay apartment complex. Me and my wife cannot wait to move in to these beautiful apartments. Everyone we met at the front office was very nice and made us feel welcome. Rodger was also very helpful as well.

Thankful to live in a community that cares. Shout out to the office and maintenance who keep this community so clean and home feeling. Courtney, Rachel, & Olivia are all fantastic and caring. They always go above and beyond to help.
