This apartment has a nice 24 hr gym. It is faster riding my bike to UNF from my apartment than driving and finding a parking space. Great place to live off campus.

The pool is very pretty and has a cool design. I love grilling with my friends there. Come visit, the staff are very helpful (Skylar helped me out).

Had to edit my review because I am very disappointed after this morning. I went out to my car and someone from the leasing office was looking all in my car and blocked me in so i could not leave for work. They would not let me leave until i talked to them. My registration is expired and they said i had until TOMORROW at 8am to renew it or my car would be towed. That is not enough time and this was my first warning. To add to that a neighbor keeps making false complaints about my apartment making noise and the leasing office threatened to evict us if she makes another complaint. They did not look into it they just basically told us it was our problem. Nothing ever works. Have had my keycard fixed multiple times and still does not even let me in the door to get my mail or even do anything else like get into the pool or gym. This place is so extremely frustrating. The mail is already a mess and now i cant even get access to my packages at all again! So annoying! Used to be a really nice place but with this consistent problem along with others I am not sure we will be renewing here.

I can't say what the cost may be, but as to the website; They recently went through a name change and the link is being forwarded to the new page, so some browsers are catching the reroute and saying it is unsafe
