They can but I've been on the list for a year with 2 kids.

We don't count the eviction unless it was from one of our sites yes u can apply but there is a waiting list

You are welcome to apply with the Jacksonville Housing Authority. However, if the eviction was in the past five years you may not qualify. I still encourage you to try.
