ACTS is required to notify the drug court and you will be in violation of your probation. A warrent will be issued and if you are picked up you will sit in jail waiting to explain to the judge why you left treatment. Depending on your past history with the legal system or other past treatment history the judge may order you to complete another program, serve your original sentence, and on very rare occasions continue your probation without further treatment. If he orders you back to treatment you will most likely spend time in jail due to the long wait lists getting into treatment. Stick it out no matter how much you dislike or you will be caught in the revolving door of Florida's legal system.
You would be unsuccessfully discharged from the program and accountable to the judge for violating a court order. The consequences depend on your individual situation, whether you are on probation, drug offender probation, community control, jail diversion, etc.
Worst part is you may be quiting something thats really best for you
You'd probably be in violation with your judge
