Lease rules are minimum 3 months. There is nothing currently listed for rent. 4 available for purchase as of today, starting at $58,000.00. If you purchase a home inside our park, then you become a resident owner. There is a waiting list to get in.
Internal workings of the park. Board members who run the park. SRA meetings. People who run the park activities ...dinners, dances, fun activities.
The land is actually owned by all of the residents of Stonehedge. You would pay property taxes each year.
