This place really sucks!! We were told that they raise rent at most 10$ annually, boy we found out the hard way NOT TRU, its gone up almost $200 in 4 years(mostly during pandemic!!) Maintenance sucks & he is a SNITCH to boot!! Very petty, & a Coward!! Stay far away!!!!

Sometimes the corporation that owns the park has some, you would have to check the community manager for information.
Expensive now, all the snowbirds are there now, best time to check that is late spring, when snowbirds come back north
You can't do real short like a few weeks, and unless they have changed the rental laws in Florida, the shortest lease is 7 months. Every one I know of that leased a park owned trailer was 12 months or more. Also it is a 55+ park and you have to apply to live here even if you are buying one.
Call the office. I don't know of any.

Nice place but they have a lot of water issues they're always shutting the water off

Yes, depending on size anywhere between 12-110. Lot rent is approx. 525.includes lawn trash and clubhouse with heated pool! Pretty nice place! ( rent could be approx. 6-9. Again, depends on. Size.
