I don't think Avis charges for additional drivers, as long as he is listed as a driver when checking out car. Avis charges for days of vehicle occupied, not number of drivers.

Since you cannot actually talk to anyone at the avis desk at the airport. Does anyone know what is the earliest time you can drop off a rental car. My flight departure is 6am so I need to get through TSA and to my gate by say a 5:15 boarding time.
