I was there almost three months this year. I use a walker or cane. They are as helpful as possible. I was on the first floor near the front door. I loved the place and would stay there anytime I could. Peaceful, nice outside grounds, koi pond, shuttle service, nice laundry area, kitchens, just wonderful.
Facility is very good and staff is very accomadating. Is very restful.
Let them know what restrictions u may have when u call. Some rooms are more accessible than others, like there are a handful of rooms upstairs - so let them know if u cannot do stairs.
Yes. Many who stay there use walkers ,wheelchairs, etc. It may not be as modern as some but they will do what they can to accommodate all.
