Stay away - they are unprofessional & dishonest
One of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. They lied to me on the phone tellong me theyd have yhe car i selected ready when I got to their dealership. When i got there, i was told they couldnt find the car (it only took them 2 hours to tell me that). #GrayChrysler #GrayCheverolet is a very untrustworthy and shady company.

Received "Play the $25,000.00 PokeyMon Game" flyer. Called the number 3 times and phone went dead each time as I was speaking to an appointment rep to find out what I had won (I suspected not the $5,000 cash prize I had "won" with the scratch off). The rep did not know what I was talking about "we just make appointments". Strike 3, you're out. Bad Karma.
Rehmr, because I wasn't supposed to buy the truck,it was just to be used a few days till they got full sized ones in,till they jerk ed me around and put the loan papers in without me knowing ,and once we found out I tried to take the truck back and they had already shipped my trade in out to the auction without me signing the release to legally let them
Glad I ran out the door last night... made an appointment to see a JEEP and arrived after an hour Drive, no vehicle to be found. Salesman drove it home. Not to mention false advertising on the price. So much for their slogan, come to find out other people do beat their price. I am one unhappy customer....
Yes I am going to take them to court they are total scammers people need to stay away from this dealership!!!
The can and will force you into a deal you never agreed to. I suggest anyone with a complaint contact the BBB!
Bought a new Jeep walked in drove off with new Jeep 2hrs later going back in 3 weeks for my new power wagon no complaints
