They always are friendly with fast efficient service. I always go to the one on 611 and never have a problem. If you can avoid it i recommend you Skip the one in Marshall's Creek.

I called Jack Williams to ask if they can put air in my tire as it was almost flat. Russ answered the phone and told me to come in which I did. From the phone call to my experience at Jack Williams specifically with Russ I was very much impressed with his courtesy and professionalism. He answered a number of questions I had regarding my tires as well as questions I had on oil changes (which I didn’t need then). I noticed how the staff members interacted with each other and again I was very impressed. All wore masks which I might add the employees of Competition Services in Tannersville do not. FYI, I told Russ I will patronize Jack Williams for my oil changes and State inspections, since he represented your company very well. Lastly, they determined I had a nail in my tire which they repaired in an acceptable period of time. Nice job all the way around - you have a new customer! Thanks!

They scanned the vehicle and charged $130 (something you can do for free at AutoZone). They replaced a part they said needed replaced, charged me $300 for the part. I asked an acquaintance familiar with cars about it, he looked it up- the part was less than $5 online. If you don't know your stuff they WILL scam you. I'm really disappointed because the reviews made me think this is a good place to go. They did do the work, but the price is beyond unreasonable.
