Went to buy a few bags of pellets at this location for the first time, and was impressed with their variety of units for the home. Quite impressive the amount of different units, and the decor for your homestead. Stop by, the staff is knowledgeable and polite.

I bought a wood stove in aug/sept of this year. It arrived at my house the men carried the stove into my house and we found that the rope seal wasn’t attached to the door. I called and stoves n stuff told me that they were not sending someone to fix the item and that we need to remove the brand new door and bring it in to them to have it fixed. I didn’t just pay over $3,000 for a stove that I have to take back to the store to get fixed! So we tried to put the rope on ourselves and it lasted only about 2 months before it fell off. Just went in today and were informed that we had to pay for a new rope! However they didn’t even know what size we needed for the stove! So I had to buy 2 different sizes and now return the one that didn’t fit. Talk about a horrible experience and I’m glad I am a hair stylist in stroudsburg and can tell everyone not to buy their stoves from this awful store and even worse customer service!
