My husband & I brought three baby squirrels who lost their nest when a tree cutter took our neighbor's tree down. Mama Squirrel took off frightened & the tree cutters place the babies in the woods on piles of tree branches & leaves. Thankfully the tree cutters didn't just toss them away. We took all three to the wildlife rescue, we found two at first & brought those to the rescue, when we got home we found the THIRD baby & we made the LONG trip to bring that baby to join his siblings. All were tiny & their eyes were still closed. The woman & gentleman at the rescue stayed open later than usual so we could BRING the THIRD one there! We made a donation in their names, the "three musketeers"....THANK YOU, they now have a chance to live.

Definitely reach out to them. The bird may have a broken wing. They are great there

Yes
We took a turkey vulture up there 2 weekends ago. They said you can bring wild injured animals there any time. There is a shed to the left of the main building. You fill out a paper with your info. There is a bell to ring that alerts them that an animal was brought in.
From CT and was in PA checking out Waterfalls. Saw and injured hawk on the ground. Mybwife and I drove an hour away to bring it to the wonderful folks.
They will most likely take them, they deal with all types of wildlife
Pocono wildlife has a fox snakes mice owls turtles and porcupine and other animals. They care for them when they are hurt or abandoned. It is run by volunteers. They can use all donations to care for the animals.
They have a open house every year. Look on their website for the next one.
