I have been calling for days, I have been told my tile would be there Thurs, then they told me it would be there Friday. I get no phone calls back and I need to know if our tile is in. My companies name is Echelon Fine Homes.

Your tile is probably coming from southern california.there was a LOT of traffic Friday coming out of LA,so it slowed the trucks down..The csl truck did arrive late on friday.Iwould check back Monday late morning..It has to be checked in and accounted for before the customer is called or emailed..CSL truck usually comes on Thursdays but was two days late for some reason.NPT has no control over the trucks or when it's shipped..
