The Ariel works well for the most part. However, after nine months one of the rear paddle wheels fell off. That is when the funs starts for their exceptionally poor customer service. Even going back to the NX series, slow customer service has always been an issue. You would think that they could get this solved in 4 years, but no. I called in for warranty service the week before last. I was told to expect a call within 4-5 days. When that didn't happen, I called again. This time I was told that their response is 5-7 business days via email. It is just a shame that they can't get their service issues ironed out. It can't be that difficult.

Update 8.6.22: Unit front gears pads need replacing and can't get parts anymore. They want you to buy a new Ariel Unit w/ a slight discount but they have bad reviews as well. Can't get a response from CS after several calls and email. Horribly run company 1st review 2020 Unit cleans the pool & we love it! It took getting 3 units since the first two were defective in their assembly. Company was responsive but sometimes delayed in their responses.

I have been a long time customer of solar Breeze and have purchased 3 older generation models. This Ariel is absolutely the worst. Within a month the battery levels were terrible. I live in Arizona??? I received a BS email on its performance from website. At month 8 the back wheels were not working. Took an act of God to get a replacement and 7 emails to get a RMA for the one to return. Never again Pivot Solar Breeze.
