absolutely disgusting service for people who need help. All this is, is a roundabout way of wasting time. If a person needs help, they DO NOT need to undermine or transfer a person four times to be asked four different ways of what they need. IN FACT it would make anyone more in crisis to deal with any situation like that. No one is responding to crisis, only creating more of it.

They are an absolutely unethical company. I work in the field myself and they tried to petition me and then illegally had the hospital hold me against my will after they canceled the petition saying I had to go to some treatment or they would just petition me again even though I was not a danger to self according to them. I was held hostage at a non psychiatric hospital without access to a phone and my emergency contacts were never called. I now do not feel safe asking for help and I work in this field I petition people. They lied on paperwork and caused me the most traumatic experience I've ever had in my entire life. I spent a year and a half in solitary confinement and what they did to me was way worse

When I started in the last week of November 2021, they made ME contact my high school for my OWN transcripts because 'They weren't getting through to anyone' as if my high school has a 'Jas is calling' light to answer when I call as opposed to LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE? It took me 3 days. Because I COULDNT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE. The communication here is absolutely nonexistent. I was called by 4 different people before my start date to make sure I didnt have questions, that I had my computer set up, and didnt have any onboarding issues etc. What they DIDNT communicate with me was that I needed an $80 fingerprint card before December 29th 2021. I found out after I already started the position about this requirement. I was unemployed before I started, and behind on bills and rent so I couldnt afford it, so I was laid off by Solari by Dec 29th 2021. They reimbursed me the $80 for this card, but I was out of work for 20 days due to this. They didnt reimburse me for that. I returned to work January 19th 2022. Some of the team leads act like everything you say in chat(statement, observation about a system etc) is a question that needs a 40 minute explanation. And they gaslight you acting like you're the problem for ''not wanting answers to a question you posted in the chat." Or the management is so god damn goldfish brained, they ask you 20 minutes after helping you what your initial question was because they dont know what it was. We were not told that our new schedule would determine the department we work in after our contract ended. So we just chose schedules with no knowledge of where we were going. And then some employees didnt know one of the positions was in office training the next week until friday/saturday. No one knows what's going on 90% of the time. I put in my notice and was contacted about returning my pc and such through Teams chat. I told them what day I'm returning it. And i STILL get a phone call asking if i can return it a different day that I'm not even available 'Based on my previous responses.' But if you actually SAW my previous response, you would see that i said I'd be doing it friday, and that i dont drive so it was the only day besides a weekend(when you arent even open) that would work for me. There is no communication. Its embarrassing. I've had issue after issue with the communication here and it's absolutely unacceptable and I'm happy to be rid of such an inconvenient company that disregards their employees. Joe and travis are awesome though.

It is a call center. If you call they may be able to refer to a local center or have a crisis team visit you at home.
