I used to really love this place, it seemed like the doctors in the office generally care about their patients but ever since my PC Kimberly left it has been impossible to get an appointment in this office within an appropriate time. I tried to make Kelly my new PC and tried to schedule an appointment for that but all my appointments were set out two almost three months out this is absolutely ridiculous, me being a server I can’t request off time that far out so I haven’t been seen in over three months, I have hashimoto’s and thyroid problems so the risk of having to go without that medication I need to function because I can’t get an appointment in time is just not worth it.

The office staff is the most illiterate people I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been scheduled and cancelled on three times. First doctor they scheduled me with only takes Medicare (and they knew my insurance because I provided it) I have been scheduled with two more doctors and have been cancelled on because they’re not taking new patients. I have never dealt with such a vast amount of stupidity in my life.
