You are one who listens and helps me to understand why I get certain medications and why I need them. I now am bringing my Mom to you and our roommate who both really like everything you do. My Mom said you are “thorough”! Which means Awesome 👏 in her eyes! Your medical assistant is Wonderful as well! I can’t say anything bad about this office, everyone I have seen here is Great! I love that the staff remembers you and are all very friendly. All of the referrals you have sent us too are Great as well. This practice has come a long way and no complaints here. I was a patient here for a more than 10 years. I was ignorant to their customer service, I gave them more than enough chances to correct staff incompetence. Billing and management was my problem: Billing was from a third party that never sent Billing statements. My concerns were addressed to Managers. I would go for my appointment and was told I had an outstanding bill that need to be paid before being seen. This issue was addressed a number of times. I got same generic answer from different managers. Managere redundant response " a number have complained of the same thing. We're working on correcting this issue" NO RESOLVE. I have transferred to Mountain Park Health Service. Complete satisfaction. Although the Doctors are awesome, I do not recommend Gila internal medicine.
