If I could give negative stars I would. Employees have no training what so ever. Terros has an auto reply to all replies here so be warned. They do not care about mental health. They do not care about what your medication needs are. They do not care if you need housing. They do not care unless your a step away from dying. Even then it's a 6 month process to get help. Terros will not give referrals. Terros will not help you if you need services outside of terros. They will not help you period. Terros is a numbers game. And a game is all Terros is. If you are SMI and need help do not go here. You will not get help or services here.

I would give them a 0 if possible. Been waiting for help since February and it isn't due to money as my insurance covers 100% It is due to poor management. Just look at their overall rating. I filed a formal complaint as they have 23 days to begin treatment according to their contractual agreement with the state of Arizona..........

I’ve had my blood drawn multiple times at this location with usually very little issue. Today I went in and Nikki drew my blood. She didn’t even check my veins in both arms before she shoved a needle into my left arm. She rolled my vein over a few times and kept playing with my veins for 2 minutes before she said “I’m not drawing any blood.” Then she removed the needle from my vein and about a tablespoon of blood came pouring out all over my arm. My blood got onto the chair and on my clothes. She handed me a small alcohol wipe and had me clean my own blood from the chair. I was afraid of needles before and this experience only heightened my fear. Also, when Nikki took my weight I specifically said “can I get on the scale backwards, I would not like to know my weight” because I suffer from an eating disorder. I step on the scale backwards and Nikki told me my weight anyway. On top of all of this, I was told I needed an EKG done and Nikki told me the doctor never ordered it. The whole point of the appointment was to get labs and an EKG done. Now I have to go back into this terrifying place. Obviously that is not Nikki’s fault, but it speaks on how little communication this clinic has.

At the Human Services Campus 12th Ave and Madison... You must obtain a campus ID at promptly 10am any day M-F and then proceed to the help desk in the main building to inquire about Project Home! That is the best and quickest way... Even if it isn't desirable to you! Good Luck

Why isnt this facility smoke free it use to be. If it isnt I'm calling the Governors office and requesting the rules of what you are to be doing to assist these addicts and how this facility is to be ran.
