This is just plain ridiculous, I called exactly at 8am and the phone lines were ALREADY "filled up", and to think...when we were working, these were our tax dollars hard at work; what are they doing over there?, having a never ending coffee break???

I starting to really believe that thes people leave the phones off the hook. Their at home and dont want to be bothered while getting paid at the same time.

Same my account was disabled (I dont really wakt to get into it) and I've called and called literally every single hour at one point o had two lines on at the same time I called @ 8 @9@10and so on bank of america Answers and they're super sweet but unfortunately they cannot fix anything when it comes to your nevada unemployment account I've called the appeals office ( both numbers) I've called the appeals office ( both locations) and I've emailed them countless times ( both emas) and NOTHING I dont think I'll be able to make rent this month I have literally 2 dollars in my wellsfargo debit card and been living off of food banks I think we should all go in the news and speak up against them and no I do not mean go in the rant and hide your face I mean call the camera man and defend ourselves !!let them see the pain they're putting us through !!!

I have literally called from 3 minutes before 8. One time I actually got through right at 8 am. I was put on hold for 4.5 hours. A woman eventually answered, put me on hold for 35 more minutes and hung up the phone. I have called from 3 min before 8 every day since. When 8 comes, they are 'already assisting others..." This is crazy. I have received no help here, was told in the beginning there is no issue with my claim. HOWEVER on the claim summary it says, "Claim under review - NO" "Unresolved issues - Yes" "Outstanding Claim Issues - No" I have been 'assured' there is no issue and I will get my money within 14 days - since I was put on a "new list to extradite certain claims". That was 2 months ago. Now I cannot get anyone on the phone. I am about to head out to the desert and stare at the sun! Any Suggestions?
