I filed my claim in April and I am still waiting. My claim status is open and also states pending resolution. So, I continued to call everyday (50-150 times) for the past two weeks and only today with some luck I was able to get in for a call back. I was excited until they called back to only tell me I have to wait for a letter via email or in the mail with a date and time slot to be available for Detr to call. I was very upset. I wasted so much time trying to get through the phone lines for call rep to tell me I have to wait longer...that is "bull****". Rep stated she has to annote she advised me about waiting for the letter as well as to keep filing weekly. That's all she could do, and would not be able to answer any questions about my pending claim. Phone contact was a waist of time.

It's the very poorly run NVunemployement system,your best bet is to get on phone at exactly 8am and try to get through,that's your only option,sorry,but that's Nevada
Keep filing your weekly claim every week screenshot the page when you're complete that has your confirmation number for your own record keeping do you already have your debit card that you received from unemployment if so that's good eventually you'll get through on the phone and they will process and hopefully submit your payment. my homepage says pending resolution however it also says on document history that I have not submitted anything to the unemployment office which is incorrect because I have several times so that's another discrepancy I have to address when I get through to unemployment which is hints possibly a reason I have not been paid in 11 weeks even though I'm approved......
I filed a claim on June 20th , 2021 someone called me in November for my interview told me they were going to call me back the following week with decision. I'm still waiting to hear from them. My claim status says pending waiting for resolution.
