No showers in the campground, but water faucets where you can do a quick wash. Plus the river is there for a swim and rinse. There is a town about 12 miles away (4 miles back to the highway and then 8 miles further up the 190) that might have showers.

As of June 2022 Wishon Campground DOES have potable drinking water at two spigots (one near the satellite dish at the entrance and one between the first two bathrooms near the campground entrance. All other spigots are turned off as there is a leak in the part of the water system that goes to the campsites in the loop which is campsites 11 through 33.
