The answer to your question is yes they do have a immigration service within the building. As far as assisting you with temporary visas work visa student visas you'll have to speak with them about it but the country of Mexico does have a consulate here in southern Nevada if you're from that country so the answer to your question is yes they do have immigration services at Catholic Charities.
