What time do you have to be there to get the clarity card

Now, 2 months later, I will answer my own question. WHAT IS A CLARITY CARD? A Clarity Card is a photo identification card issued by Catholic Charities, shelters or other social services agencies in Las Vegas.

I believe they open up at 8 is best to get there as soon as you can as early as you can
