Try the social services office at this location. Be early, the line begins before they open (around 0730hrs). You'll have to fill out some info on a computer near the window, once you're called. Then you will wait again to make an "appointment"for later in the week, to be seen by an actual caseworker. Allow a couple of hours for the first part, and up to half a day for the "appointment" part. You'll need ID and any paperwork they ask you for. You'll need to prove Nevada residency. Parking is free and secure. Good luck and God Bless.
Hi Marva--you can try Clark County Social Services, they have an office at our campus, but maybe check with Nevada 211 to see what you need to bring or what the requirements are. You can check at their website https://www.nevada211.org/ or by calling 211 from a Lan line or 1-866-535-5654 Best of luck.
Social Services offers rental assistance to eligible individuals upto 3 times in a 12 month period. Must have Nevada State ID (be a resident of Nevada) to qualify.
