This store is horrible. Couldn't find a manager. I went to the pro desk and the two women behind the counter were acting like I was invisible. Rather than telling me they didn't work in that department they just walked away and told someone else to call someone to the desk.
Don't expect any help if you call the store directly. Most of the time they hang up on you. Just call the 800 number and have the customer rep do the work in servicing your needs regarding this location.
