IF you would ask me before, I would be happy to have 4 stars experience at the DMV. They are usually the worst, but this last time they were better than OK.

I just went to DMV to make a simple transaction, I needed a registration replacement beacause I never got the original sticker by mail. This lady at the counter was so rude. He "threw" to me the form that I needed to sign and she started to have a discussion with me, telling me why I don't do the transaction online. This type of people shouldn't be working at any DMV's.

The center is always great and in regards to its staff being very attentive and helpful. Usually isn't crowded but you do need an appointment which makes it doable. Parking can be a little tricky but you usually find a spot in the lot around the building.

I had a complicated situation. That being said. I had to come back a few times but I was guided and taken care of very well by the staff. Kiki snd Louis both went above the job to help me get my company vehicles registered. I appreciate the service. I also felt fine being there with the covid precautions.
