I’m a fan of Burlington’s products but the service is unacceptable here. The dressing room closed at 8pm which was annoying but what’s worse is that it’s a holiday weekend and there are only 2 cashiers working at the 15 avaible desks. We’ve been on line for almost an hour and still have not been rung up. I will not be returning to this location.

My 1st time visiting a Burlington store. Staff was friendly & store is clean. This is my new favorite spot to find great deals at reasonable price on everything such as scented candles, great gift ideas, clothes for the family etc I found the perfect gift boxes in all shapes, sizes & designs

They fixed it up very nice.The store looks brand new however I get frustrated every trip.The fact they have 3 cashiers on weekends and every shopping experience seems like its black friday or Christmas is ridiculous. The wait is horrible.They obviously have money that's why they reconstructed everything so with that being said Hire more people or the managers need to get up and ring up people when it gets busy They are just so nonchalant about the wait..However the selection is nice and they have really cute things.If you are impatient.DO NOT SHOP HERE..

Been a while since I've shopped here. Looks like they expanded the entrance to the store. Large department store with lots of variety comparable to a TJMaxx. I was looking for dress shirts but unfortunately they had a very limited selection. Lots of other items available and the prices were good. Plenty of parking available.

They should put more cashiers, as it is possible that we are in line for an hour, to be able to pay,. I went today and there were only 3 cashiers for 50 people who were in line, it doesn't seem fair to me.

They sell the brand name Nautica finding 5 of the same suites at the physical store is a long shot. I would try Burlington.com first before coming in the store. If you decide to come weekdays in the AM is your best bet avoid the lines, as it can get out of control sometimes.
