Drove around the mall twice only to find that it’s inside the mall. Circled the Parking lot numerous times to see where the restaurant pickup is but can only find spots for other restaurants which is annoying. Usually their more organized so this is surprising.

Been here a few times over the last month, including today. Strike one was ordering a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with pepperjack cheese - I was given American cheese instead. Brushed it off and went back a few days later and ordered the same thing - the lettuce was mostly black, strike two. Today was my final third and final strike with this location. I tried to mobile order and the app glitched, charged my card and cancelled my order. I decided to stand in line to order and received a soggy chicken sandwich that tasted reheated and my fries were half filled. Oh, and I never got my money back from the mobile order even after contacting customer support. I don’t have Facebook so don’t tell me to message you on there to “make it right” - get it together.

Horrible experience!! I just spent $49 and they got my order wrong. I realize this after getting across the food court and setting up my two small children to eat. I make my way back over and explain that my order was wrong. The employee brings the issue to a manager (they gave me chips Instead of Mac and cheese as the kids side) the manager takes one look at me and says that she will give me the correct side but I need to bring back the incorrect side. I am insulted that this side which probably costs 25 cents needs to now be retrieved from my table and brought back to the cashier. As if I am trying to get something for free. This is ridiculous. I spend a lot of money at chic FIL A and this is my first bad experience. I will not be back!! The manager on duty right now just cost you a customer.

their chicken strip is so delicious. Cob salad and grilled sandwich are so good with their sauce. I drank two Frosty coffee. It tasted like ice cream coffee. Not too sweet the way I like
