So I've been to several Lowes in NY and this has to be the nicer and friendliest store I've visited. Pretty much every isle I went down there was an employee asking if I needed help finding something I was very surprised considering most of the other big supply stores I goto the employees are hard to find or they don't even ask if you need any assistance. Or maybe I just went on a good day? They had decent sales and the isles didn't look like they have been ran sacked like some others I recently have gone to. I will definitely visit again to see if I will have the same experience again.

Parking is a little tight, but returns/exchanges are quick and easy. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Great to see Veterans working, and Lowe's offers Veteran's discount all year round unlike their orange competitor. Only minor grievence is, this store only carried 1 mail slot /cover.

Very bad customer service. The store showed more than 20 items available for pickup but was told only 5 available at the time of pickup, which we had to rent a truck for twice to pickup another piece up later. Also had a bad experience when CS won't place an order for us in store. The other Lowes at Farmingdale has much better customer service.

Usually we chose Lowe's as our go to box store... not after today!!! Horrible customer service and barley any associates in the store! We finally found what we needed, by ourselves... went to self check out since there are no assistance checkouts and told we cannot pay cash!! Are you kidding me??? Now understand my husband is currently waiting for knee replacement surgery of and we just found out he needs a heart procedure. Customer service would not ring us up, and directed us to walk to the garden center.... which feels like a mile away!! Just an FYI; their Veterans parking is at the other end of the store from the garden center. And the store is so VERY DARK it is hard to locate anything... after spending more than $10K in recent supplies for 2 bathroom renovations... we will not be going back. The Home Depot is welcoming, helpful and their customer service area will actually assist you to check you out when you would like to actually pay with cash. Terrible and not worthy of us spending our hard earned monies there any longer!! Horrible customer service which reflects back on what a horrible manager must be in that store

No No No No ridiculousThey have a pro phone line and don't answer that either i wish i could get away with that in my business
This store is horrible. Couldn't find a manager. I went to the pro desk and the two women behind the counter were acting like I was invisible. Rather than telling me they didn't work in that department they just walked away and told someone else to call someone to the desk.
It's amazing how that store stays open when you got low life scum working for you
Mask required. Hands sanitazing all over the place. Divider check out.
They are too busy. Ask supervisor for discount if you dont feel good with them.
Good question 🤔, keep trying different depts that's what i tdy
Yes
I don't work with Lowe's, but I familiar with the impatiens' bug: Downy mildew. It doesn't matter where you plant them, it can still spread through the ground year over year and through the air from nearby plants. So, unless you live on the shoreline where the wind blows inland all the time and have never had an issue with the disease, I would recommend against impatiens. I personally made the switch to marigolds as an easy to grow outdoor annual.
