Nope! Closes at dusk or 11p. Gate's locked up usually due to river issues. Also, you wouldn't want to, for safety reasons!
Yes you can camp there. It's 25 bucks a day though. I can't afford that
There's a sign there that says: Camping requires a permit. I'm not sure if that's true or not though. So, Call the City Officials they will know for sure. 👌👍
