Went to the park for the disc golf course I caddied for my girlfriend in the Kansas city wide open this course is a good mix there is a few holes with no fairway but still a good course

We went to this park because it sits right on the Missouri River, but there wasn't nearly enough good seating available to sit and watch the water. The playground was very simple and didn't entertain the kids for very long.

Nope! Closes at dusk or 11p. Gate's locked up usually due to river issues. Also, you wouldn't want to, for safety reasons!

It was gonna be way to hard to insure.
Tumbleweed 2017 was there and they camped from Thursday to Sunday but i dont know how they got the permit.
Weird, it was open when I went with snow on the ground, the little bit we had. Usually it's closed after dark, or 10pm. They might be expanding the trails a bit more.
But dear that's only for today it's going to get cold again. There are other trails that are open! Check out Little Blue Trace trail
