My water runs $70 a month my electric highest has been $138.00 my gas runs $100 in winter.. And $40 in summer.. That is the truth and I do lots of laundry. I clean a lot my computer is in 24/7 and tv runs about 16 hours out of day.
Hello i live in north star. My lights r very high here but we run our ac 24/7 it was 400$ last month. In the heat of summer. Water runs about 115$. But r a family of 4 that shower and laundry and dishes. Every day. However the maintinace dept here really sucks and u have to complain alot to get things fixed .. it takes about 1/2 weeks to get repairs done..
No gas. Water runs about $90/mo, and electric roughly $200/mo
My utilities are higher than the other person that answered this question here... Maybe it's because I am constantly cleaning due to all of the cockroaches 🤷🏼♀️ and my rent is sky high too for what this place is!!! I am currently paying almost $1,100 per month for a single wide. They are charging me for amenities that don't exist like the pool and free RV storage. The place is full of cockroaches even though my unit is brand new. Unfortunately my brand new unit is parked next to a newly vacant unit that is infested with cockroaches. Lots of other vacant units around here too. I suggest you look in other communities if you are wanting to rent a mobile home. The other communities around Liberty charge a fair price, but I cannot speak for their cockroach infestations or the lack thereof.
