This place charges for amenities that don't exist. I would look at other mobile home communities in the area because they charge appropriate prices for mobile home units.

Lot rent is 515.00 including garbage. So a double wide would be 1030.00 I believe but you should ask the office on Monday to find out for sure.

NEVER! There are zero plans for a new pool after the other one had to be demolished. However, this place is happy to charge you for the amenity that does not exist!

My water runs $70 a month my electric highest has been $138.00 my gas runs $100 in winter.. And $40 in summer.. That is the truth and I do lots of laundry. I clean a lot my computer is in 24/7 and tv runs about 16 hours out of day.
