I am currently paying almost $1,100 per month for a single wide. They are charging me for amenities that don't exist like the pool and free RV storage. The place is full of cockroaches even though my unit is brand new. Unfortunately my brand new unit is parked next to a newly vacant unit that is infested with cockroaches. Lots of other vacant units around here too. I suggest you look in other communities if you are wanting to rent a mobile home. The other communities around Liberty charge a fair price, but I cannot speak for their cockroach infestations or the lack thereof.
Lot rent is $515
City dose not plow the mobile home park. The maintenance man dose or it dose not get done
The maintenance men also have snow removal equipment they use too.
$450 lot rent & city plows when they do their rounds
