I am currently paying almost $1,100 per month for a single wide. They are charging me for amenities that don't exist like the pool and free RV storage. The place is full of cockroaches even though my unit is brand new. Unfortunately my brand new unit is parked next to a newly vacant unit that is infested with cockroaches. Lots of other vacant units around here too. I suggest you look in other communities if you are wanting to rent a mobile home. The other communities around Liberty charge a fair price, but I cannot speak for their cockroach infestations or the lack thereof.
I rent my double wide and we pay $875. There isn't a lot rental fee. I'm not sure about owning though.

The lot rent is $500 and there is a $15 per month trash fee. Each home has additional "home rent" that is put on top of that $500 lot rent. Home rent very's from home to home. This is all as of 6/5/2019
Lot rent is 515 they have raised due to them doing nothing to improve for the residents and the pool is always opened late and closed earlier in the year and they added a 15 dollar trash charge and reduced the amount of trash we can put out this place is a joke
