The video Jack broke off in the plug in back of my TV, can you get it out and how much? Do I have to bring it in or can you come out and fix it?

I'm sorry, we do not come to your home. The 58.00 is for replacement of the RF connector on the tuner, a common part that gets ripped off. We may be able to replace a video jack for the same cost but I would have to look at it be sure. There is no charge for me to look at it, the estimate is free.

You'll have to drop it off. I had another tv wit the same problem.. I asked how much. The man said 58 dollars tops. Guess it's a common issue. I'd recommend going here

That sounds reasonable, I tried to fix it following the YouTube video on how to do it but I didn't have any success.
